Work + Volunteer With Us

Find purpose, build skills, make connections, and grow with Puzzle Piece Farm.

Find Your Place at the Farm

Puzzle Piece Farm creates meaningful work and volunteer opportunities for neurodivergent adults through hands-on experiences on the farm.

We recognize that everyone brings different strengths, interests, and abilities. Participants have opportunities to explore different activities, learn practical skills, take on meaningful responsibilities, and discover the ways they enjoy contributing most.

With guidance and support, individuals can build confidence and independence while becoming an important part of our growing farm community.

There Are Many Ways to Grow Here

Depending on individual interests, strengths, availability, and current farm needs, opportunities may include:

  • Planting, watering, harvesting, and caring for crops

  • Learning farming and gardening skills

  • Washing, sorting, and preparing harvested produce

  • Helping maintain growing areas and farm spaces

  • Preparing materials for farm projects

  • Assisting with farm and fundraising events

  • Participating in educational and community activities

  • Learning new responsibilities with guidance and support

  • Building practical skills, routines, confidence, and independence through meaningful participation

As Puzzle Piece Farm grows, the opportunities available on the farm will grow with us.

Different Strengths. Different Paths. One Farm.

There is more than one way to contribute, learn, and belong.
